Date & Place: Year 2010, May 1-2, Rīga, Latvia, Mežaparks
Course & Equipment: Wooded park, total length (18 holes) – ~1800 meters (still final design is being finetuned), baskets Latitude 64°
PRO – 9 pcs.
Divisions : MPO (Open), MA2 (eligible to play: Juniors <16 (born 1994 or later), Grandmasters >50 (born 1960 or earlier), Women)
Sanctioning: PDGA C-Tier tournament (TD: Darius Gricius #41932)
Event schedule:
Saturday, May 1st
From 9:00 to 9:45 – track exploration and training time
From 9:45 to 10:00 –players meeting
From 10:00 to 13:00 – 1st round (18 baskets)
From 13:00 to 14:00 – lunch break
From 14:00 to 17:00 – 2nd round (18 baskets)
Sunday, May 2nd
From 8:00 – training time
From 9:00 – 3rd round (18 baskets)
From 12:00 to 13:00 – contest final round for 5 best players (9 baskets)
Players fee:
MPO (Open) division – 15 EUR (Ls 10,50)
MA2 division – 5 EUR (Ls 3,50)
Stay:
Contest is being held in public park. For tent building we advise to choose Riga Camping (www.rigacamping.lv). There is a possibility to reserve places in hostel “Barons” - the best hostel of 2008 in Latvia. Hostel is situated in the center of Riga near tram line, that connects center with contest spot in Mežaparks. More info about hostel – www.baronshostel.com.
